Driving it Home
We will fly and cruise from Texas to Anchorage, AK, arriving in Anchorage  on July 4th to pick up the 1926 Model T touring car shown here.  After visiting Denali National Park, we will drive the Model T across Alaska and down the Alaska Highway to join the MTFCA Montana Majestic Mountain T Tour in Whitefish, MT.  Over 150 Model Ts are expected for that tour.

Following the Montana Tour, we will be touring with a few friends through Yellowstone National Park, down the Rockies through Colorado and back home to Texas.  We will be touring for about 60 days.

We will be chronicling this adventure on the WEB as we did our 2001 Texas to Alaska Model T Adventure.  We invite you to join us on this trip by watching the daily reports on this site.  You can enjoy both our adventures and mis-adventures on the web as we embark on this Model T adventure.

We’ve never seen the car before but know how well Bruce Campbell restores a Model T.  Bruce says

that everything on the car will be “new old stock” except the nut behind the wheel.  And the engine was built for Bruce by Ross Lilleker so what else can we ask for?

Okay, a little luck and some nice weather would be welcome.
